Debby Daigle
Debby Daigle is president and CEO of Plantation Properties and Coastal Commercial Real Estate, two privately owned real estate firms in North Carolina. Debby brings over 15 years of experience in brokerage sales, management and business development, earning a reputation for total commitment to clients, while continually striving for excellence.
A proven leader in the industry, Debby has received Top Producer awards, Sales Executive of the year and honors for exceeding dollar volume sales records. Twice nominated small business person of the year, Debby has served on the capital campaign committee for her church and was a member of the diocesan capital campaign committee.

Winifred Josias
Winnie, as she likes to be called, moved to St. James from Poughkeepsie, NY in 1998. She worked in real estate prior to coming to NC, as well as working as a schoolteacher and a bookkeeper for her husband Howard's office. She joined Plantation Properties because she saw a need for quality service in this growing community. Pamela and Jerry Biffle
Pamela and Jerry moved to St. James in August, 2001. The area is so unique and beautiful it's easy to enjoy their hobbies of golf, tennis and beach combing. Pamela was formerly of Allen Tate Realtors in Charlotte, NC and has been in sales for over 15 years. Jerry retired from IBM as a project Manager. Now they are "Team Biffle", providing a quality service to our community. It is a pleasure having this professional team at Plantation Properties.

Bill and Pam Carmichael
Bill and Pam moved to Southport from Fairfax, VA and say, "We weren't born in Southport, but we got here as soon as we could." Bill has been in the "shelter" industry for most of his career, working in management in both furniture and window and door manufacturing. After a third career as executive VP of a national remodeling trade association near Washington, DC, it was time to leave the snow shovel behind. Pam has joined Bill in the real estate business to create Carmichael Team- "Twice as many, twice as helpful, twice as good". They attribute their joining Plantation Properties to the opportunity to work with other transplants in fulfilling their dreams in some of the best planned communities in the south located in the vibrant and growing coastal Carolina area.

Rich Reiher
Rich is one of the first residents of St. James, landing here with his wife, Tedi, after 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Living in Brunswick Country since 1995, combined with buying and selling many properties over the years, made his foray into real estate a logical step. His indepth knowledge of St. James and other fine communities gives him a unique outlook. "I'm in a position to give our clients accurate, detailed information on the area," he says. Carol Magnani
Carol Magnani is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Plantation Properties and Coastal Commercial Real Estate. To these roles, as well as her position as Broker in Charge of Plantation Properties, she brings an impressive portfolio of management experience. She also holds the SRS - Seller Representative Specialist - designation. A North Carolina native, Carol and her husband Pete relocated to this area in 1996. Since then she has held general real estate management and sales positions, most recently as administrative partner in a top selling team with Plantation Properties. Previously, she held positions in commercial property management and brokerage in Guilford County. “The best organizations have a common attribute... great people. Nolan Formalarie
Nolan grew up in Western Massachusetts, but after a trip here in 2004, he decided to put down roots in the coastal South. He has called St. James Plantation his home since then. Lowell Burgin
Lowell, and his wife Elaine, moved to Southport from New Jersey in July 2005 after more than 25 years as a quality assurance director for the pharmaceutical industry. They wanted to enjoy the best of what our coastal area offers: tennis, golf, and the beach year round. They chose to live in St. James. Lowell’s knowledge of the community made it a natural for him to join the professionals at Plantation Properties, offering expert advice to others who want to relocate to the Southport area. “I take a great deal of pride in being able to help others find and acquire their ideal home,” he says. “I’m also passionate about customer satisfaction, which is a value that has always set Plantation Properties apart from the crowd.”

Lee W. Glover
Formerly of Newtown, Connecticut, Lee has been a licensed broker for 35 years and was one of the first residents in the community of Arbor Creek in 1996. Recalling his first visit to Southport, Lee says he was fascinated with the Whittler’s Bench in the downtown area and after driving through Arbor Creek he told his wife, “Wow, this is nice! I think we found it!” After owning and operating a school bus service in Connecticut and few turns at remodeling homes, Lee is ready to help someone find the home of their dreams just like he found his. He and his wife, Patricia have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

Greg Diel
Greg grew up in Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay then he spent 10 years in Reston Virginia before discovering the Southport area. After several friends moved to Southport, he decided to make his first visit in 2002. The visit went well and he fell in love with the area. Upon returning home, he started making plans to relocate. He has called Coastal NC his home ever since and his 5 years of real estate experience in Southport provides you with the local knowledge and experience you deserve. He enjoys helping others and Plantation Properties allows him to accomplish what comes naturally; helping people find exactly what they are looking for, in the best communities this region has to offer. When away from work, you can find him on the beach, golf course, or out on the boat.

Jake Kooger
Jake and his wife Monica fell in love with the Southport area when their son was looking at area colleges in 1996. They began vacationing in the area, making the move to Arbor Creek from North Jersey in 2000 and are definitely enjoying their new lifestyle! They love walking the beach with their two rescued dogs all year long, hanging out on the boat, and enjoying the people friendly atmosphere of this wonderful small town! Jake also enjoys year round golfing and fishing. Jake majored in business administration and worked in corporate retail for 28 years before moving here. Since beginning his Real Estate career in 2001 he has worked five years for Ocean Ridge Plantation® and is familiar with the properties at Rivers Edge®, Seascape®, Seawatch®, and Ocean Isle Palms®. Suzanne Williams
Suzanne grew up in the northeast and after relocating to Chicago, San Francisco, and New York City, she and her husband, Tom settled in Fairfield County, Connecticut where they lived for 23 years. As a multi- million dollar producer, Suzanne enjoyed a successful real estate career with Country Living Associates consistently earning numerous top producer awards. “Knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm are the foundation for my real estate service. Elaine Burgin
Elaine was born in New Jersey and lived there until she and her husband Lowell moved to Southport in 2005. Her most recent job was as Department Administrator in the Physics department at Rutgers, the State University of NJ. Previously she was an elementary and special ed teacher as well as a licensed NJ Realtor. “Lowell and I have been married since 1971. We love all that the Southport area has to offer --year round outdoor activities such as beachcombing and tennis, and love to explore all the historical sites of the area. We look forward to becoming first time grandparents in 2008!”
